Box squat 3x1 @ 275lbs Better than last week! I sat all the way back instead of just tapping the box.
Squat 3x10@ 135lbs
Hack squat 3x8
Leg ext 10x15 (1040 tempo)

Standing abs 5x5
Cable crunches

I did some heavy standing crunches on the lat pull down with some spud straps. I really felt it.

**Oh yeah, I also did some shrugs because when is it not a good idea to do shrugs?  3x20 with the shrug machine @ 90lbs

I was between 113 and 115lbs then. I’m glad I take up some more space now. Man, I couldn’t even DL 135lbs then.
